Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We are not liable for payment processing issues caused by banks or payment providers.

All transactions are final. Please review recharge and bill details before confirming.

For API Users: PayBoom endeavors to deliver services of the highest standard. However, the provision of such services does not constitute a guarantee of absolute performance or immunity from business impact.

PayBoom shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or disruptions resulting from its services. Users are responsible for maintaining adequate backup measures.

PayBoom expressly disclaims any warranty of 100% service uptime or uninterrupted performance.

E. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Month-End No Due Confirmation: Users are required to report any pending issues, refund requests or accounting discrepancies within five (5) days following the end of each month.

Failure to report within the stipulated period shall be deemed as full acceptance of the account statement for that month.

Any disputes raised after this period may not be entertained.

F. User Responsibilities

If any user or API partner is found connected with network marketing, MLM or referral-based earning activities, their account may be suspended and payments may be held without prior notice.

PayBoom reserves the right to monitor transactions in real time. Suspicious, abnormal or high-risk activity may be blocked, held, reversed or reported to regulatory authorities without prior notice.

Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold PayBoom harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities or legal expenses arising from misuse of services or violation of these terms.

Data Security & Privacy

All user information including Aadhaar and transaction data is handled securely in compliance with applicable laws. PayBoom does not store sensitive biometric information.

Service Availability

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, network issues or third-party failures. PayBoom shall not be liable for any resulting losses.

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra, India.

PayBoom shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction on account of the cardholder having exceeded preset limits agreed with acquiring banks from time to time.
