1. Nature of Services
PayBoom provides digital recharge and bill payment services.
Once a transaction is processed, it is instantly forwarded to operators,
banks, or billers. Therefore, services are non-cancellable and non-reversible.
2. No Cancellation Policy
- No cancellation is allowed after transaction initiation.
- Users must verify all details before making payment.
- PayBoom shall not be responsible for user errors.
3. No Refund – General Rule
- All successful transactions are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Refunds are not allowed for wrong mobile numbers or account details entered by users.
- Refunds are not allowed for wrong operator or biller selection.
- Refunds are not allowed for recharge on inactive or invalid numbers.
- Refunds are not allowed for delays caused by operators, banks or third-party providers.
- Refunds are not allowed due to user dissatisfaction after successful service delivery.
4. Refund – Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Failed transaction where amount is debited but service is not delivered.
- Duplicate payment due to technical or system error.
Refund approval is subject to verification from banks,
operators, payment gateways and internal records.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited only to the original payment source.
- For API users, settlement may be done through wallet adjustment or other agreed methods.
- Actual processing time depends on banking and payment gateway systems.
6. Wallet / Adjustment Policy
- Refund amounts may be credited to PayBoom Wallet where applicable.
- Wallet balance is generally non-transferable and non-withdrawable unless required by law.
7. Fraud & Abuse Prevention
- Fraudulent or abusive refund requests may be rejected.
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
- Additional verification may be required before refund approval.
8. Limitation of Liability
- PayBoom acts only as a facilitator of digital payment services.
- PayBoom is not liable for failures caused by operators, banks, billers or third-party providers.
- Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the transaction amount paid by the user.
9. Legal Compliance
This policy is intended to comply with applicable Indian laws,
including relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019,
RBI guidelines and Information Technology laws.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar), Maharashtra, India.
10. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for entering correct recharge,
billing and payment details before confirming transactions.
PayBoom shall not be responsible for losses arising from
incorrect information provided by users.
