Cancellation Policy

PayBoom provides digital recharge, bill payment, AEPS, DMT and related payment services. Due to the instant nature of these services, cancellation requests are generally not possible once a transaction has been successfully submitted for processing.

Transaction Cancellation

Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails and the amount has been debited, the transaction will be reviewed and processed according to our Refund Policy. Eligible refunds may be issued after verification.

Duplicate Transactions

In case of duplicate payments due to technical issues, users should immediately contact our support team with complete transaction details for verification and resolution.

API Users

Fraud Prevention

PayBoom reserves the right to reject cancellation requests if suspicious, fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.

Limitation of Liability

PayBoom acts only as a facilitator between users and service providers. We are not responsible for delays, failures or cancellations caused by telecom operators, banks, billers, payment gateways or other third-party providers.
